You know…it’s funny with us writers. We’re precious with our words. We extol some; we loathe others. For me, there’s just something so fantastic about the words “shrapnel,” “twit,” and my all-time fave, “crisp.”  

You can tell I’m just a wee bit passionate about these types of things. Makes sense, I suppose, since I’ve been a copywriter and creative leader for over 20 years. I love a creative challenge. I'm passionate about efficiency. (Just ask my Producer friends.) I get equal satisfaction from learning new things, as I do teaching others. I can just as easily get into the weeds, as I can assess things from 30,000 feet. I get goosebumps over great strategy and even better content strategy. And nothing is more satisfying than an impeccable copy deck. I am admittedly quite scrupulous in that department.

Beyond my love for advertising, marketing, and creative thinking, I have an incredible weak spot for news anchor bloopers, Muppets, cheese, dry white wine, and travel. Life’s good.
